Your side of the app, tab by tab

Today
The whole day at a glance.
  • A Help alert, if there is one, sits at the very top with a map.
  • A medicine nobody confirmed shows up as a missed dose, so you can call and check.
  • Today's medicines, with Mark given if you gave it yourself.
  • Their day, with a Now line and Mark done.
  • Today so far: every medicine taken, activity done and alert, with who did it and when.
  • Send feedback, which goes straight to the MemoriCare team.
Plan
Everything their screen shows: their day, their medicines, and About them (their photo, the name their screen calls them, where they live, who is usually with them, and their time zone).
People
Photo memory cards. On their screen, touching a card shows the face big and says who it is.
Messages
A shared thread with them. Tap a ready made phrase or write your own. You can see when they have read it.
Safety
The missing person sheet, the history of Help alerts with maps, and the tracker your family would use: an AirTag they carry, or a camera at the door.
Care team
Set up or remove their screen, invite family and medical caregivers, and choose whose phone number goes on their "If you are lost" card.
Settings
Your name and language, alerts on this phone, email copies of alerts, and sign out.

"See their screen" shows you exactly what they see, with the buttons switched off, so you can check your plan looks right.

Their screen

Their screen is simple on purpose. They can look, confirm a medicine, send a message and ask for help. They cannot change the plan by accident. Every screen has a Read it to me button.

Home
A big clock, the day, their photo and a warm welcome, like "Good morning, Rosa. Today is Friday". Any medicine due now with "I took it". One tap buttons to tell the family I am okay, I need help, I am hungry or Please call me.
My day
Medicines and activities in time order. "I took it" and "I did it", and you see both on Today so far.
My people
The photo cards, read aloud.
Messages
Your messages in big type, read aloud, with one tap replies.
Help
The red Help button, and the "If you are lost" card to show a stranger.

To get back to your own side on their device, hold the MemoriCare name at the top for two seconds.

When they press Help

They hold the red button for a second and a half. Everyone on the care team gets an alert on their phone and by email, with where their screen was.

Open it and tap I am on my way. Their screen tells them who is coming, so they are not left wondering. When they are safe, tap Safe now.

MemoriCare is not a replacement for 911. In an emergency, call 911 first.

If they go missing

Fill in the missing person sheet on a calm day: a recent photo, height, hair, eyes, what they usually wear, and the places they tend to go. If the day ever comes, it is ready to print, save as a PDF or send to police and neighbors in one tap, from Safety.

The "If you are lost" card on their screen shows a stranger their name, that they have memory loss, the family numbers you chose, and their home address. It reads itself aloud too.

Questions families ask
